Forecaster

The Forecaster is a monthly publication of the events and activities in the Park. It is distributed on the first of each month, door to door most of the year. Copies are also placed in the laundry rooms and the Clubhouse.

In the center of the book is a calendar listing upcoming events. A listing of all clubs and events is on the inside cover of the Forecaster. We encourage contributions from all residents, but maintain strict editorial rights for inclusion in the Forecaster.

We welcome previously unpublished poetry, jokes, first person accounts, anything that might be of general interest, but NOTHING vulgar or abusive; the discretion for these guidelines is left exclusively to the editor.

We generally publish notices and information from the various organizations within our community, as well as information regarding recent nursing homes or hospital admissions, deaths, birthdays and anniversaries, and a column introducing the newest residents to the community. Our chaplian contributes a monthly prayer, and our Manager keeps us posted on the status of services and requirements.

This is our newsletter, and we encourage contributions, but we must remember that this newsletter is also available to potential buyers and visitors to our community, so please keep your contributions appropriate.
